CINCINNATI — There will be something different about the ‘Ring of Honor’ this season at Paycor Stadium.
For the first time, the game will not be in September and it will not be in prime time.
The Bengals will induct their next two members of the ‘Ring of Honor’ on Oct. 26 in a 1 p.m. ET game against the New York Jets.
The Bengals announced it Wednesday through a team statement.
“The Bengals Ring of Honor has become a significant team tradition that celebrates prestigious Bengals Legends and creates an unforgettable home game atmosphere that electrifies the crowd. This year’s Ring of Honor game will take place on Sunday, Oct. 26 against the N.Y. Jets, the mid-point of an important stretch of home games. The two new inductees will join an elite group of individuals who have played a significant role in the franchise’s history and tradition.”
